Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm CST

Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We also observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If you contact us outside of normal operating hours a Guest Service expert will contact you the following business day.

Shipping

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship one of two ways: SPEE-DEE or via USPS.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Standard – SPEE-DEE or USPS (5-7 business days) - $5.00

USPS Express (3 business days) - $7.50

USPS Priority (1 business day) - $15.00

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

Your satisfaction is our top priority – if you have any problems, questions or wish to exchange or return an item, please let us know by calling 800.214.2510 or emailing us at returns@brandedbyjotto.com. We’ll talk you through the process.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

All returns and exchanges must be post marked within 60 days of purchase order date. Products must be unwashed and unworn. Hangtags must be attached. Learn more about returns and exchanges here.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once our company receives the product, you will get your refund typically within 3-5 business days.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

Items marked as final sale.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Washed or worn garments.

Garments that no longer have hangtag attached.
